That's the text of a job listing that an Arthur Grand Industries recruiter posted on Indeed.
Following an investigation by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and as part of a Justice Department settlement, Arthur Grand will pay a civil penalty, train its personnel on the Immigration and Nationality Act, revise its employment policies, and be subject to departmental monitoring.
"It is shameful that in the 21st century, we continue to see employers using 'whites only' and 'only US born' job postings to lock out otherwise eligible job candidates of color," said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the DOJ's Civil Rights Division. "I share the public's outrage at Arthur Grand's appalling and discriminatory ban on job candidates based on citizenship status, national origin, color, and race."
Let me add: "WTAF!?!? It's 2024, not 1924!" If you advertise a job for "whites only," you've earned your spot on my list of nominees for the Worst Employer of 2024.
