The 8th nominee for the “Worst Employer of 2021” is … the vaccine vetoer

In a stunning show of ignorance, a Miami, Florida, private school has informed its staff that because the Covid-19 vaccine poses a health risk to those in close proximity to those who have been vaccinated, those who have already received the vaccine must physically distance from students and anyone vaccinated will not be permitted to return to work after the summer break.

In a letter to parents, CEO, Leila Centner wrote:

We are not 100% sure the COVID-19 injections are safe and there are too many unknown variables for us to feel comfortable at this current time. For example, tens of thousands of women all over the world have recently been reporting adverse reproductive issues from being in close proximity with those who have received any one of the COVID-19 injections, e.g., irregular menses, bleeding, miscarriages, post menopausal hemorrhaging, and amenorrhea (complete loss of menstruation). No one knows exactly what may be causing these irregularities, but it appears that those who have received the injections may be transmitting something from their bodies to those with whom they come in contact.
She then followed it up with a letter to employees advising them of the new anti-vaccine policy:

1. COVID-19 Vaccines are still in an experimental stage. They are not yet FDA Approved, rather they have Emergency Use Authorization. Clinical trials are not scheduled to be complete until 2023. It will be years before we have reliable information regarding the short and long term effects of the COVID-19 vaccines.

2. COVID-19 Vaccines are not a life saving medication. They have not been proven to prevent death from COVID or to prevent transmission of COVID.

3. I believe strongly in Health Freedom and "my body, my choice" and for that reason, did not prevent employees from choosing to take the COVID-19 vaccine prior to April 21, 2021. However, reports have surfaced recently of non-vaccinated people being negatively impacted by interacting with people who have been vaccinated. There have been thousands of reports of menstrual cycles being impacted and a 366% Increase in Miscarriages.

Because this new information has introduced the possibility that vaccinated individuals may be inadvertently impacting the health of others, I am compelled to take action until further information is available. Even among our own population, we have at least three women with menstrual cycles impacted after having spent time with a vaccinated person.

Until we have more information, we ask that:

1. If you want to get the vaccine, please wait until the school year ends and you will not be able to return to school until clinical trials are complete (if a position is still available at that time).

2. If you want to get the vaccine before the school year ends, please let us know right away as we cannot allow recently vaccinated people to be near our students until more information is known.

3. If you have taken the vaccine prior to April 21, 2021, please report that to us and maintain physical distance from the students.

CBS 4 Miami quotes one school parent, "It's baffling. Why would she not want her teachers to get vaccinated?" This pretty much sums it up.

Putting aside how an employer will know if you are, or are not for that matter, vaccinated (I've yet to glow from my brand-new 5G transmitter), if you rely on propaganda and disinformation (and no, The Daily Expose is not credible news) to prevent your employees from obtaining what very much is "life-saving medication," you might be the worst employer of 2021.
