One update, because employment law moves so incredibly fast.
During Thursday’s webinar I expressed hope that the Supreme Court would resolve the current circuit split on the issue of the coverage of LGBTQ discrimination under Title VII. Yesterday, it declined to do so. Damn. There’s always next year.
